Hotel package
Hotel accommodation prices are per person (inclusive of continental breakfast except indicated otherwise) based on two persons sharing a twin-bedded room with private bath and Shower. A triple room may be provided as a twin room with an extra bed added.
Hotel rates are not valid for Conference or Congress participants.
Accommodation is provided in standard rooms, unless otherwise stated. If hotel is overbooked an alternative hotel will be provided.
Any special room request will be made on a REQUEST basis only. World Tours and Travel cannot guarantee special room request although every effort will be made to request from respective hotels.

Cruise package
Cruise accommodation prices are per person on Full Board basis including sightseeing tours on two persons sharing a twin-bedded cabin with private Shower. A triple cabin may be provided as a twin Cabin with an extra bed added.
Accommodation is provided in standard cabins, unless otherwise stated. If cruise is overbooked an alternative cruise will be recommended.
Any special cabin request will be made on a REQUEST basis only. World Tours and Travel cannot guarantee special cabin request although every effort will be made to request from respective cruise company.

Meet, Greet & Transfer service
  • Private holiday:
    Passengers who have booked their hotel accommodation or Cruise packages will be entitled to a transfer and porterage of one suitcase on tour as included in the package price and at arrival or departure from each tour hotel/cruise/station/airport, except otherwise stated. Our representative will meet and assist you through airport formalities & will escort you in a private vehicle to & from Airport/station/cruise/ hotel as indicated in the package holiday booked.

  • Group tour holiday:
    Our representative will meet and assist the group through airport formalities & escort the group to & from hotel/station/cruise as indicated in the tour program. Transfer will be provided in A/C motorcoach on a seat-sharing basis.

Booking Fee
Please note that we will charge a booking fee for sleeper train, Domestic flight and bus ticket. The amount will be advised upon confirmation.

Visa
A valid passport is needed for travel. Please check in good time before you travel for visa requirement with the Egyptian Consulate in your country. Visa to Egypt can be obtained on arrival at Egypt Airports for some nationalities.
For these nationalities our representative will be pleased to assist with obtaining visa on arrival.

Excursions 
Excursions are conducted by a professional, knowledgeable and experienced tour guide in A/C private vehicles and in A/C motorcoaches. Cost includes the admission fees to sites mentioned in excursions.
Excursion organized by independent local operators such as, Safari, Cruise Co., Diving Centers are in boats, 4x4 motorcoach, mini bus on a seat-sharing basis, plus admission fees to temples, national parks, etc as per program. World Tours & Travel bears no liability whatsoever for anything which may go wrong.

Meals
Any special meal requirements will be made on a REQUEST basis only. World Tours & Travel cannot guarantee special meal requests nor will it assume any responsibility or liability if clients’ special meal requests are not fulfilled.

Child reduction
0-12 means reduction applies to children under the age of 12 years old.
Reduction no longer applies if child has already passed its 12th birthday.

Gratuities
On private holiday gratuities are not included. On group tour holiday gratuities are included for services on tour provided by dining-room waiters, chambermaids, airport porters and at hotels. Gratuities for Tour Guides, Motorcoach drivers, Cruise staff are not included.

What is not included in your booking price
Airport taxes if any, visa fees, insurance, laundry, phone calls, beverages, meals not detailed, gratuities for tour guide, driver, & cruise staff as stated above, items of personal nature, excess baggage optional tours.

Cancellation Policy
Once the airline ticket is issued airline cancellation policy will apply. The cancellation policy varies from one airline to the other and from season to the other. Airline cancellation policy will be advised to you while booking your holiday.
In order to cover our expected losses for the transport and accommodation services we pay for in advance, there is a set scale of charges, which applies if you or anyone traveling with you cancels. You must give notice to cancel in writing and the charges shown below apply from the date we received the notice at our office. If any person cancels and you cannot fill the person’s place, you may have to pay extra for your accommodation. For example, you may have to pay single or under-occupancy supplements.
Our suppliers, hotels, safari operators, diving centres & cruise lines are legally entitled to booking fees & to charge cancellation fees.
  • Hotel
    8 days before arrival, a full refund less administration fees applies. Less than 8 working days, 1 night cancellation fee will apply. No show entails a full cancellation fee for the stay. Peak periods such as Christmas, New Year, Easter and public holidays, cancellation policy grants a full refund barring administration fees if cancellation is 16 days before arrival. Less than 16 working days 1 night cancellation fee will apply. No show full cancellation fee for the stay.
  • Cruise cancellation policy
    30 days or more prior to sailing date full refund less administrative fee of USD 50.00 per person
    30 – 15 days 50% of total price
    15 – 07 days 75% of total price
    07 – 01 days no show 100%

Our Liability
Our obligations, and those of our suppliers providing any service or facility involved in any of your holidays, are to take reasonable skill and care to arrange for the provision of such services and facilities and, where we or our supplier is actually providing the service or facility, to provide them with reasonable skill and care.
